ZAKOŃCZENIE REALIZACJI PROJEKTU

Centrum Kulturalno – Rekreacyjne znajduje się na pięknym, zalesionym terenie, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie skarpy doliny rzeki Skrwy, z daleka od miejskiego zgiełku. Dogodna lokalizacja w połączeniu z nowoczesnym wyposażeniem oraz kameralną atmosferą sprawia, że inwestycja stanowi idealne miejsce do wypoczynku. Jest to oferta skierowana na potrzeby szeroko pojmowanego odbiorcy – zarówno do dzieci i młodzieży, osób dorosłych, turystów z kraju, jak i spoza granic Polski.

Centrum składa się z trzech członów funkcjonalnych: części hotelowej, części widowiskowo – konferencyjnej umożliwiającej organizację koncertów, imprez teatralno – muzycznych, szkoleń i konferencji oraz części rekreacyjno – rozrywkowej. Znajduje się tu także część gastronomiczna złożona z restauracji, kawiarni, baru i funkcjonalnego zaplecza gastronomicznego.

Centrum kulturalno – rekreacyjne z pewnością przyczyni się do umocnienia pozycji Sierpca na mapie turystycznej nie tylko Mazowsza, ale także kraju, a nawet Europy. Umożliwi organizację konferencji naukowych i szkoleń, a także imprez plenerowych na większą niż dotąd skalę. Wpłynie też na ofertę edukacyjno-rekreacyjną, która dzięki powstaniu nowych budynków będzie mogła ulec poszerzeniu.

9 czerwca 2015 r. strony kontraktu podpisały protokół odbioru końcowego wykonania przedmiotu umowy i tym samym zakończono budowę Centrum kulturalno-rekreacyjnego na terenie Muzeum Wsi Mazowieckiej w Sierpcu.

10 kwietnia 2015 r. wszczęto procedurę wyboru Operatora zarządzającego Centrum kulturalno-rekreacyjnym w Muzeum Wsi Mazowieckiej w Sierpcu.  Będzie on zarządzał kompleksem w formule partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego.

Wartość inwestycji, której wykonawcą jest Skanska, to 43 mln zł. W ramach przyznanego dofinansowania 85 proc. to środki unijne z Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Mazowieckiego na lata 2007-13, 14 proc. to dotacja budżetu państwa, natomiast 1 proc. pochodzi z budżetu woj. mazowieckiego.

Obiekt został udostępniony w październiku 2015 roku.

The Cultural and Recreational Centre shall be situated in a beautiful, forested area in the direct neighbourhood of the scarp of the Skrwa River valley far from the city hustle and bustle. Convenient location in connection with a modern equipment and cosy atmosphere shall cause that the investment planned shall constitute a perfect place for leisure. The construction of the centre within the area of the Museum of the Mazovian Countryside in Sierpc is an offer directed to the needs of a widely understood recipient – children and the youth as well as adults, Polish and foreign tourists.

The project assumes the construction of three functional segments: hotel part, spectacular and conference part enabling the organisation of concerts, theatrical and musical events, trainings and conferences as well as recreational and entertainment part. Training rooms shall be equipped in modern multimedia and acoustic appliances. Creation of a bowling alley, fitness club, tennis court and place for the billiards is also assumed in the project. There shall be also a catering part consisting of a restaurant, cafe, bar and functional catering back.

Luxurious hotel rooms and suites of the Cultural and Recreational Centre shall accommodate 200 guests. At the disposal of hotel guests there shall be elements of fitness: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room as well as a hairdresser’s and beauty salon, and solarium. Moreover, in the centre there shall be a bowling alley, the billiards, a shooting gallery with a laser simulator and archer’s position, and fitness club.

The investment planned shall certainly contribute to the increase of Sierpc position not only on the Mazovian tourist map but also on the Polish or even European tourist map. It shall enable to arrange scientific conferences and trainings as well as open-air events for a more extensive scale than now. It shall influence the recreational and educational offer, which thanks to the creation of new buildings, shall be extended. Literally – the project of development of the Museum of the Mazovian Countryside in Sierpc is an offer directed to the needs of a widely understood recipient. The foundation for the project is undoubtedly the ethnographic museum itself, its enchanting climate and idyllic atmosphere. The Cultural and Recreational Centre shall be pinpointed in the neighbourhood of an already existing Museum and Exhibition Centre, which was commissioned in May of 2008.
In accordance with primary plans the construction of the Cultural and Recreational Centre of the Museum of the Mazovian Countryside in Sierpc shall start soon.
